To Adam: You are DUST, and to dust you shall return.

Promise about last Adam: Through DUST you all will be blessed

But there is a promise - I will make thy seed (Jesus Christ) as the dust (Human) of the earth: so that, if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered - Genesis 13:16

Why the prophecy says, the Seed will become the dust "of the Earth”? because the Seed is not belongs to the earth.

The promise also says that, the Seed would overcome the enemies - Thy seed (Jesus Christ) shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed (Jesus Christ) shall all the nations of the earth be blessed - Genesis 22:17-18 

And through the Seed the earth will be blessed - Thy seed (Jesus Christ) shall be as the dust (Human) of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed - Genesis 28:14

Prophecy about last Adam: He has to become a Dust, and taste the Death of Dust.

According to Bible, the entire human race has common the name "Dust" - for you are dust, and to dust you shall return - Genesis 3:19b

That means every new born comes with default name as "Dust", then why God said some one will come as a "Dust(Human) of the Earth"? I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth - Genesis 13:16a
