Let him give his cheek to strike

As prophesied, After the betrayal, Jesus Christ was humiliated and insulted by men of High Priest.

Prophecy

let him give his cheek to the one who strikes, and let him be filled with insults - Lamentations 3:30

Fulfillment

When he had said these things, one of the officers standing by struck Jesus with his hand, saying, “Is that how you answer the high priest?” Jesus answered him, “If what I said is wrong, bear witness about the wrong; but if what I said is right, why do you strike me?” - John 18:22-23

Then they spit in his face and struck him. And some slapped him, saying, “Prophesy to us, you Christ! Who is it that struck you?” Matthew 26:67-68
