Elijah's Explanation

Apostle John who was with Christ until his last moment of the crucifixion, has revealed that Jesus Christ is not the image of Word alone, but the Image of Father, Word and the Holy Spirit, and we must believe in him to overcome this world - 5.Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 6.This is the one who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth - 1 John 5:5-6

To understand this in a better way, apostle John first explaining the Trinity of our Heavenly Father as Father, Word and Holy Spirit - because there are three who are testifying in Heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one -  1 John 5:7

And then he explained about the Son Jesus Christ, that Jesus had all three of them(Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit) in him - and there are three who are testifying in the earth: the Spirit(Holy Spirit), and the water(Word), and the blood(Father) and the three are into the one(Jesus Christ) - 1 John 5:8

That was the reason Apostle Paul is saying that Jesus Christ is the Image of the invisible God - The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation - Colossians 1:15 that means in Jesus Christ we can see the Son (The Word became flesh - John 1:14), and our Heavenly Father (Father is in me - John 10:38), and the Holy Spirit (Spirit of the Lord is upon me - Luke 4:18).

Elijah's Explanation

As prophet Elijah running for his life, he had an encounter with Lord Jesus Christ(Word of the Lord), and there the Lord reveled his Trinity to Elijah, and explained that Son of God is not the image of Word alone(great and strong wind), nor the image of Father alone(Earthquake), nor the image of Holy Spirit alone(Fire), but the Image of Father, Word, and the Holy Spirit - 8.And he arose and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights to Horeb, the mount of God. 9.There he came to a cave and lodged in it. And behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and he said to him, What are you doing here, Elijah? 10.He said, I have been very jealous for the Lord, the God of hosts. For the people of Israel have forsaken your covenant, thrown down your altars, and killed your prophets with the sword, and I, even I only, am left, and they seek my life, to take it away. 11.And he said, Go out and stand on the mount before the Lord. And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind, And after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake, 12.And after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire, and after the fire a still small voice. 13.And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah? 14.And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away - 1 Kings 19:8-14

Here Elijah saw the power of wind, power of earthquake, and the power of fire separately, and if all three are combined how strong this would be, but unexpected things happened when all three of the came as Son of God, and Elijah heard still small voice filled with Love and Compassion, that is our Lord Jesus Christ.
